Step One

On Selected items you will see the "Wait&Save" discounts and dispatch times. Instead of receiving your product immediately, you choose to wait for a predetermined period. The longer you're willing to wait, the greater the discount you'll receive on your purchase.

Step Two

In this example the standard price for our garden furniture set is €1,299.00 and the date is the 14th March.

By waiting until the 20th of May we are saving €183.98, waiting just 4 days longer (24th May) saves us €202.80, and waiting until the 20th of June will save us a whopping €216.50!

Wait and Save Terms and conditions

Pricing
  • All prices listed for "Wait & Save" items reflect discounts based on the chosen waiting period.
  • Wait & Save date changes cannot be facilitated once stock has arrived for your original chosen date.
  • If the wait and save has reduced on your item since your purchase has been delivered you may not be entitled to a further discount.
Payment
  • Wait and Save orders have to be paid in full or a deposit predetermined by Rathwood at the time of purchase and the balance paid when the stock arrives into our Warehouse.
  • If the stock arrives earlier than the chosen delivery date Rathwood will contact you to make a payment for the balance.
  • If the order is not fully paid 7 days after the PO arrival, Rathwood reserves the right to cancel the order.
Cancellation and Refunds
  • Rathwood does not accept cancellations 72 hours prior to the PO arrival. Cancellations will incur a charge.
  • Orders placed with the "Wait & Save" program cannot be canceled after dispatched from Rathwood warehouse.
  • if the product is being returned due to a change of mind or you wish for an exchange, then we will not cover the cost of this return where a quibble free return is not applicable. Instead it is up to you to return the product to us in re-sellable condition. Alternatively we can arrange this collection with our own courier for a fee of €39.
Changes to Dispatch Date & Delivery
  • Dispatch Dates: Predetermined dispatch dates are listed with each eligible product. By selecting a specific date, you agree to the dispatch timing associated with your chosen discount. Please note that dispatch dates are not the delivery date of the product.
  • The date of the stock's arrival into our Warehouse is the date in which it was selected with the corresponding discount. Please allow up to 3 days from this date before the order is shipped. The expected shipping date is shown on the customer portal. Once an order is placed with a specific dispatch date, changes to this date may not be possible. If you require changes, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate within the constraints of stock and scheduling.
  • If the stock on your selected wait and save order is delayed you are only entitled to the current wait and save discount on the website.
  • If your item has already been dispatched in accordance with your chosen PO we cannot change you to a later date.
  • Deliveries cannot be held for more than 7 working days after the stock arrival date.
