Late Summer vegetable garden

It is important to care for crops and harvest early summer crops just before you start planting for the late summer months. When choosing these crops, it is necessary to keep in mind that most of these crops should be able to withstand the cool weather. Greens such as lettuce, spinach, peas and so much more can be grown at this time. Most seeds will mature quickly during this time of the year as the soil at this time of the year.
